Les ressources se font de plus en plus rares dans un environnement où les besoins en santé de la reproduction et planification familiale (SR/PF) ne sont pas satisfaits. Pour remédier à la situation, les OSC membres du Réseau des organisations de la société civile pour la santé de la reproduction et la planification familiale étaient en formation les 10 et 11 mai 2021, à Lomé sur les approches de mobilisation des ressources dans le domaine du plaidoyer.
Au cours des deux jours, les participants sont outillés sur les techniques de plaidoyer et de mobilisation des ressources. « Concrètement nous avons abordé le thème de plaidoyer, la stratégie adoptée pour mener un bon plaidoyer en terme de mobilisation de ressources. Quel plan nous allons mettre en place pour avoir des ressources pour nos activités ? Quelle stratégie adoptée pour la mobilisation des ressources ? Quelles sont les bonnes pratiques, quels sont les acteurs pourvoyeurs de ressources ? Ce sont des aspects dont nous avons discuté durant ces deux journées », a détaillé M. Daoudou Idrissou, un des facilitateurs de la rencontre.
Pour la Directrice exécutive de l’ATBEF, Mme Noélie Koevi-Koudam, la mobilisation des ressources est avant tout, une étape très importante dans la mise en œuvre des plans d’action des organisations de la société civile. « Si vous n’avez pas les ressources, vous ne pouvez pas mettre en œuvre vos plans d’action ni vos programmes. Cette mobilisation de ressources se fait de plus en plus difficile vu le contexte mondial de rareté de ressources et donc il va falloir s’armer en plaidoyer, en capacité, en stratégie pour pouvoir approcher les partenaires », a-t-elle conseillé.
De son côté également, la présidente de ROSCI-SR/PF, Mme Héloise Adandogou D’Almeida a fait savoir que les ressources sont rares et déployées ailleurs à cause de la Covid-19.
Faut-il le souligner, cet atelier de formation est appuyé par l’IPPFRA à travers les fonds « Voices Project » de la fondation Hewlett mobilisés par l’ATBEF en faveur de ROSCI SR/PF.
